Alie has been a licensed attorney since 2010 with a concentration in healthcare law over the latter 5 + years of her career. She is a certified Professional Compliance Officer by the American Academy of Professional Coders. She has extensive experience in managing and implementing organizational compliance programs, auditing and monitoring billing compliance, and drafting organizational policies and procedures. She studies current trends and changes in healthcare law and is very proficient in relevant healthcare laws including HIPAA, False Claims Act, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the No Surprises Act. She has worked with our clients on developing and implementing successful and commendable compliance programs that include cultivating policies, providing employee trainings, and routine auditing and monitoring.
