She holds a current Certified Public Accountant license, enabling her to model best practices in financial statement preparation and analysis, cash management, payroll, 401K administration, as well as facilitating and streamlining your day-to-day accounting operations which allows your employees to focus on your customers. Sally has spent over 25 years in anesthesia practice management, both academic and private practices. While currently a non-practicing CPA, Sally has an MBA from University of Cincinnati and has extensive experience in all anesthesia business roles, including sales and client management for new clients while working for a national billing firm. She is adept at governance, compliance and contracting as well for anesthesia practices. From the first introduction through the transition to satisfied client, Sally serves as our liaison to ensure the process is efficient and streamlined within an agreed upon schedule

Alie has been a licensed attorney since 2010 with a concentration in healthcare law over the latter 5 + years of her career. She is a certified Professional Compliance Officer by the American Academy of Professional Coders. She has extensive experience in managing and implementing organizational compliance programs, auditing and monitoring billing compliance, and drafting organizational policies and procedures. She studies current trends and changes in healthcare law and is very proficient in relevant healthcare laws including HIPAA, False Claims Act, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the No Surprises Act. She has worked with our clients on developing and implementing successful and commendable compliance programs that include cultivating policies, providing employee trainings, and routine auditing and monitoring.
